About Brian Castanza
Brian Castanza is a Make it Happen CFO who partners with CEO’s and executives to grow their businesses and increase wealth. Having earned his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from one of the state’s top accounting schools, and armed with his CPA credential, Brian’s goal is to complement his natural business savvy acumen with a strong foundation in small business management. He has partnered with CEO’s and executives over the past couple of decades in multi-million dollar organizations, building relationships, trust, and rapport with senior executives and his co-workers creating a motivating momentum to ‘make it happen.’ Brian has gained valuable experience and the knowledge to guide and assist CEO’s and executives in their quest to maximize company growth, responsibly, profitability and with moral integrity.
As a multi-industry talent, Brian has mastered the professional services, hospitality service, distribution and blue-collar service work worlds, but would be the first to admit he still has a lot to learn about each. During his journey, he was recognized with substantial promotions, financial rewards including ownership and continues to grow and learn. He is thankful for each opportunity.
He was instrumental in helping a company grow from a two branch operation to a multi state 8 branch operation. In fact, his experience includes growing companies where the companies have tripled and quadrupled in size. He is no stranger to the strains of growing a business and is well versed in handling these types of growing pains.
Within Brian’s relationships he is an influencer and is recognized as a motivator, motivating teams and people. He is solicited for his counsel and coaching in everyday challenges as well as the more sophisticated challenges and is a seeker of innovative solutions to obtain success, overcome business obstacles, to maximize profitability and synchronism among team members.
As an executive and a leader with high concentration on delivering results, his strong entrepreneurial acumen exceeds owner’s expectations. Combining his financial expertise with multilateral functions and executive level responsibilities in strategic business planning, accounting, human resources, computer technology, equipment purchasing, systems design and operations has benefited multiple organizations.
Brian is blessed with a wonderful wife, children and grandchildren who bring light to his world and who challenge his tenacity to be the best, invoking a constant need to learn and collaborate to keep ahead of the speed of business. He considers family his greatest accomplishment. He enjoys celebrating holidays with family, good friends and good food.
